I challenged my brother (self-proclaimed chef who has a knack for coming up with the most delicious recipes on the fly) to come up with the best recipe he could using my top ingredients to improve fertility: low-mercury fish, avocado, pineapple, and any other fruits + vegetables.
These delicious + fertility superfood-packed fish tacos with a pineapple salsa + avocado crema (minus the sour cream!) are what he came up with. My mom doesn’t even like fish — and she went back for seconds!
Don’t be put off by the seemingly long list of ingredients; you probably have most of them in your cupboard already. Enjoy!
