So, technically this dish is called “Pav Bhaji”…but I’ve dubbed it “Indian vegetable curry sliders” for those of us who are a bit uncultured (and would otherwise have no clue what Pav Bhaji meant).
The key to this fertility-enhancing dish is the delightful blend of Indian herbs + spices that hold anti-inflammatory properties: turmeric, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.
Serve as a main meal open-faced on a toasted wheat bun or in a whole wheat wrap, or as an appetizer with naan — no matter which way you serve it, it’s delicious!
